Aurelia opened in 2018 with one idea: most salons rush you through, and most clients leave wishing they'd been heard. We're slower than that on purpose. Every appointment starts with a real consultation. We ask what you want, what you've tried, what you've hated. Then we build the work.

Six TSSA-certified techs. Honest Manual J load calculations on every install. Full electrification advice — including talking you OUT of buying a heat pump if your insulation isn't ready.

Free in-home consultations. Financing available. 10-year parts warranty on installs.

Are you TSSA certified? +

Yes — every tech holds a current TSSA gas-fitter and refrigeration handler ticket. ESA-registered for electrical components.

Do you do Manual J load calcs? +

On every install over $3,000. Right-sizing matters more than brand. We'd rather sell you a smaller, properly-sized system than push a bigger one for our margin.

Greener Homes rebate eligible? +

Yes for cold-climate heat pumps and insulation. We handle the rebate paperwork at the kitchen table — typical rebate is $5,000-$7,000.

Emergency response time? +

Inside 3 hours during business hours for no-heat / no-cool calls. After-hours for true safety issues (gas leak, CO alarm).

Financing? +

Yes — Snap Financial 0% for 12 months OAC on installs over $3,000. Application takes 5 minutes at the kitchen table.
